At the end of each month Mango House holds a party to
celebrate all the birthdays falling in the month. They are
always a lot of fun. First those lucky to be chosen perform
dance routines whilst everyone sings along. Then comes a
party game like Pass the Parcel. Our staff and visitors give
out birthday presents and rewards for good attendance in the
month and the children sing Happy Birthday. Sometimes a
special cake is donated such, as this one, but we always
celebrate with ice cream donated by Wonder Ice creams. Then
the the dancing begins in earnest. We usually enjoy more
party games such as Musical Statues before our afternoon
draws to a close. |
